Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

2.3 One Account Rule. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active fb773 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds.

2.5 Prohibited Persons. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of fb773 and its affiliated partners are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

3.2 You must notify fb773 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 fb773 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.
4.1 All financial transactions on fb773 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). fb773 does not charge currency conversion fees for PHP transactions.
4.2 Minimum Deposit: ₱200. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are credited instantly upon successful processing.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal: ₱500. Withdrawals may only be made to a Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the fb773 account. fb773 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing withdrawals.
4.4 fb773 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended for accounts under verification review.
4.5 fb773 does not accept deposits made from credit cards in circumstances where such deposits are prohibited by applicable law or the card issuer's terms.
4.6 Funds deposited into your fb773 account may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform. fb773 is not a banking institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
5.1 fb773 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the applicable promotion page.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
5.3 fb773 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and to void bonus winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on both sides of a bet to clear a bonus, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploiting system errors.
5.4 Players may only claim a welcome bonus once. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account will be treated as creation of a duplicate account and actioned accordingly under Section 2.3.
6.1 All games on fb773 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for fairness. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studio facilities.
6.2 In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disconnection during a game round, fb773 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
6.3 fb773 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games. Advertised RTPs are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results for individual sessions.
6.4 Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Players are advised to review their bet selections before confirming.

10.1 fb773 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While fb773 takes all reasonable measures to ensure platform availability and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fb773's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant incident.
10.3 fb773 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
11.1 fb773 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
11.2 fb773 may be required to share player information with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, in compliance with its licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering laws.
12.1 fb773 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email at least seven (7) days before taking effect.
12.2 If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of fb773 after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to fb773's customer support team for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.3 Players who believe a game result was incorrect may submit a formal dispute to fb773 support within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event. fb773 will investigate and provide a written response within thirty (30) days.
